The Northeast Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts
The Northeast Builders & Remodelers Association of Massachusetts (NEBA) is the local chapter of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the Home Builders Association of Massachusetts (HBAM). We are an association of builders & remodelers as well as associate members representing all aspects of the home building industry including lumber yards, financial institutions, sub contractors, suppliers and the most successful and influential business people in the area. FOR MORE INFORMATION ABOUT THE STATE AND NATIONAL ASSOCIATIONS, CLICK ON THE LOGOS BELOW.
NEBA is comprised of more than 200 member companies in the greater Merrimack Valleyarea. We represent over 90 categories associated with the building trade. Membership is open to all companies and individuals who support the housing industry. We openly welcome member participation in all association activities.
NEBA is also a great organization to meet other professionals associated with the building industry. Many long term and financially-rewarding relationships and partnerships began at NEBA-sponsored events.
Our motto is “Do Business With a Member”. Our Mission is to support mutual objectives of the NAHB and the HBAM by actively engaging in the common initiatives that further enhance solutions to housing needs within the Commonwealth and create opportunity in home ownership. Our members are expected to maintain high professional standards and use sound business methods in managing their respective business.
The Value of NAHB Membership
NAHB's top priority is to serve the needs of our members by providing educational opportunities, fighting for the housing industry on major issues to help your businesses thrive, and saving you money wherever possible. Recently, we reported that NAHB’s actions on the legislative, regulatory, codes and legal fronts ended up saving the typical home builder roughly $7,250 per housing start in 2012.
